Effective August 28, 2026 · OneMore ("we", "us") · questions: [email protected]
These terms govern use of the OneMore platform — the gym-management software, member applications, and related services provided at 1mo.re and on gym-branded domains. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. If you use the platform as a member of a gym, your gym's own membership agreement and waivers govern your relationship with the gym; these terms govern your use of the software.
You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in method (email and phone) secure. Accounts are personal; don't share access. Gyms are responsible for the staff roles they assign. You must be at least 13 to hold an account; youth athletes participate under a parent or guardian's membership.
Don't misuse the platform: no unlawful use, no attempting to access data you aren't authorized to see, no probing or disrupting the service, no scraping other members' information, and no uploading content that is unlawful or infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or its users at risk.
OneMore is fitness software, not medical advice. Workouts, heart-rate displays, recovery figures, and AI-generated summaries are informational tools for you and your coach — they are not a diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional medical judgment. Consult a physician before beginning an exercise program. Your gym — not OneMore — is responsible for the fitness services, coaching, and facilities it provides.
Gym subscriptions to the platform are governed by the gym's services agreement with us. Member payments (memberships, retail, events) are processed by Stripe on behalf of your gym; refunds of gym charges are the gym's decision under its own policies. Payment card numbers are held by Stripe, never by OneMore.
Parts of the platform generate content with AI — coaching summaries, program tags, analytics, drafted messages. AI output can be wrong; it is provided for human review, and gyms and coaches are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it or sending it. AI features process data as described in the privacy policy; platform data is not used to train AI models.
You (and your gym) own the content and data you put into the platform. You grant us the license needed to host and process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Gyms can export their data free of charge at any time. The platform software, design, and everything we build remains ours.
We work to keep the platform fast and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" — we don't promise uninterrupted service, and we may improve or change features over time. Material changes that reduce functionality for a gym are handled under that gym's services agreement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, AND OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PLATFORM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $100 FOR USERS WHO PAY US NOTHING DIRECTLY). WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR INJURIES ARISING FROM FITNESS ACTIVITIES, WHICH ARE BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR GYM. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You may stop using the platform at any time and request account deletion as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms. Gym terminations, data export, and transition assistance are governed by the gym's services agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-app before taking effect, and continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
